That pairing came from doing both jobs, not from studying either one. Fifteen years across Florida and Georgia legal operations — including litigation support at Progressive Insurance, where caseloads are counted in thousands rather than dozens — taught me exactly what gives way when a process is still built for the volume a firm handled five years ago. The failure is almost never the people. It is a workflow nobody has re-drawn since the day it was written.

I bring clarity and structure to complex, high-volume environments: mapping how a matter actually moves through a firm, finding the handoffs where information stops, and rebuilding those points so the work carries itself forward instead of waiting on someone to remember it.

I also build the systems, rather than specifying them and handing them off. My engineering work runs on Angular, Node.js, C#, and .NET Core — which means the operational design and the software that enforces it come from the same person, and nothing is lost translating one into the other.
